The Contradiction

The Contradiction is a chaotic network of conduits created by The Deviants, allowing passage between different universes and moments in time. These conduits violate the natural barriers set by the Divines, designed to protect mortals and non-Divine immortals from becoming lost in The Yonder Realm. By traversing the Contradiction, The Deviants gained access to forbidden knowledge and mixed magics from multiple universes, enhancing their power and threatening the stability of creation. However, the destabilization of these conduits also allowed entities from Outer Darkness to escape into the greater cosmos.
