Drecodus

The Drecodus are the descendants of Terra Prime's ancient species the Drecodasaurus. They roamed Terra Prime during the Altarus Era. The Era was the last Era that Saurians dominated the ecosystems of Terra Prime (Galaxa). The Algarian a Forerunner species released the Saura-Paxus Virus which devastated the population of Saurian, Mallaloids and Avian Saurians were immune to the virus. Drecodasaurus were immune to the virus and fled Terra Prime fearing an invasion by the Algarian, however, the Algarian had no interest in conquering Terra Prime, as the they were also Saurian trying to find a way to counter the Saura-Paxus Virus which was ravaging their worlds. The Algarian were extremely remorseful for the devastation and near extinction of the Saurians on Terra Prime and saw to uplifting and restoring Terra Primes remaining species. The Drecodusaurus found refuge among the stars and over the course of a million years evolved into the Drecodus.
