The Continuum Universes Franchise and all associated materials, including but not limited to text, images, lore, character designs, species descriptions, and universe settings, are the exclusive intellectual property of [Your Name/Company]. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any copyrighted material without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

However, we enthusiastically support fan creations, provided they follow the guidelines outlined below.

Ownership and Rights

All content within the Continuum Universes Franchise, including its various universes (Galaxa, Lethurèa, Aroeniuos, Apokalyptika, etc.), is protected under copyright law and may not be used outside the terms outlined in this policy.

Fan Works & Permitted Uses

We encourage fans to create their own works inspired by the Continuum Universes! The following uses are permitted as long as they meet the conditions specified:

Fan Fiction & Art – You are welcome to write stories, create artwork, roleplay, and discuss the lore, as long as:

You do not claim ownership of Continuum Universes’ original elements (e.g., species, factions, characters, or settings).
You credit the Continuum Universes Franchise when sharing your work (e.g., “This work is based on Continuum Universes, created by [Your Name/Company]”).
Your work is non-commercial (i.e., not sold, monetized, or behind a paywall).
Fan Games, Mods, and Adaptations – Fan-made expansions, mods, and adaptations (e.g., RPG modules, tabletop mechanics, digital projects) are allowed if they remain non-commercial and clearly state that they are unofficial.

Community Content & Roleplaying – Fans are free to engage in roleplaying campaigns, discussions, and theorycrafting about the lore.

Prohibited Uses

While fan creations are welcome, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

Commercial Exploitation – You may not sell, license, or distribute anything using Continuum Universes content for profit without express permission.
Misrepresentation – You may not claim official status or falsely state that your work is canon.
Plagiarism & AI Reproduction – You may not use AI-generated content trained on Continuum Universes material without explicit permission.

Attribution Guidelines

If you create a fan project, please include the following credit statement:

“This work is based on Continuum Universes, created by Jensen Saga Studio. It is an unofficial, fan-made work and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the official creators.”

Enforcement and Reporting

We reserve the right to ask for fan projects to be removed if they violate these guidelines or negatively impact the franchise. If you see unauthorized commercial use or misrepresentation of Continuum Universes, please report it to Christian Daniel Jensen's email.
