Created as a self-sustaining protected seat for Mîra Ûrlek Teslek and Merik Teslek, the complex evolved over centuries into a multi-dome network supporting extended household branches, logistics, and secure continuity operations.

Dome and environment

The complex is enclosed by a hardened Atmospheric Dome designed to isolate the estate from Ûvlân weather and maintain controlled temperature, humidity, and air quality. The dome may be opened to admit rainfall under safe conditions. Its protection rating is intended to survive a Fusion Bomb detonation event, functioning as both shelter and sovereignty boundary.

Within the dome, the terrain includes landscaped and engineered water features, most notably a waterfall feeding into a managed lake used for aesthetics, humidity control, and reserve water capacity.

Infrastructure

The complex was designed from the beginning to support prolonged independence. Estate infrastructure includes:
