Uthga

Uthga is a protein slurry made from members of the Free Species and non-Malisik Fauna. It serves as sustenance for the Malisik species, aiding in regeneration, providing energy, and acting as a medicinal compound. For the Malisik, Uthga functions as the equivalent of Food, though its effects extend beyond nutrition.

When consumed, Malisik enter a regenerative state or trance—often described as "drunkenness"—which the Shaikû Order has determined is a physiological response to its restorative properties. This phenomenon underscores Uthga’s dual role as both a nourishing and healing agent in Malisik culture and biology.
