The scale is '''logarithmic'''.
''The stat scale is logarithmic, not linear. A being with 900 Strength is not merely “9 times” stronger than a human (100), but can perform feats a mortal could never approach.''
A stat of 400 is not “four times” a human 100 — it is a fundamentally different order of magnitude.
Crossing 600 places a being into Titanite-tier.
Crossing 900 approaches the mortal limit.

The Continuum Universes use a unified 1–1,000 stat scale to measure the relative abilities of all mortal beings. This scale establishes a consistent framework for Game Masters and authors, allowing comparisons between species, power classes, and legendary individuals without inflating values beyond mortal comprehension.

True Divinity is not represented on the scale. Divine beings exist beyond measurement; they cannot be meaningfully quantified.

Overview

On the Stat Scale, a value of 1 represents the lowest viable biological capacity. A value of 1,000 represents the *absolute limit of mortal existence*, approached only by mythical paragons or beings whose physical or spiritual structure is pushed to the brink of cosmic transition.

Most sentient life—humans, common alien species, and even enhanced mortals—occupy the lower and mid tiers. Only a few ancient or engineered species reach Titanite-class levels.

Stat Definitions

The Continuum Stat System uses seven attributes:

  • Strength — Raw physical force: lifting, striking power, mass displacement.
  • Dexterity — Agility, coordination, balance, reflex precision.
  • Senses — Perception, awareness, sensitivity, psionic detection.
  • Intelligence — Learning speed, problem-solving, reasoning, strategy.
  • Constitution — Endurance, durability, resistance to harm or fatigue.
  • Wit — Social acuity, cleverness, charisma, adaptability.
  • Will — Mental resilience, emotional stability, psionic fortitude.

How to Assign Stats

  1. Determine Tier: Mortal, Enhanced, Titanite, Spirit-Ancestor, or Divine.
  2. Select Range: Choose the typical range from the table above.
  3. Adjust for Traits: Add or subtract based on biology, psionics, training, or narrative feats.
  4. Finalize by Intent: Stats reflect story function more than strict math.

Examples (Corrected)

  • Average Human: 80–120 in most stats.
  • Peak Human (Eddie Hall): 190–200 Strength, 150–180 Constitution, 100–120 elsewhere.
  • Modern Valorîin: 200–300 in physicals, 200–350 Will.
  • High Valorîin (Hero Class): 300–350 Strength, 260–340 Constitution, 300–450 Will.
  • Elder Valorîin:
 *Strength 350–400*,
 *Dex 150–200*,
 *Senses 250–300*,
 *Int 140–200*,
 *Con 300–400*,
 *Wit 80–120*,
 *Will 450–600 (700 ancient)*.
  • Sherok: 350–600 across stats; powerful but not cosmic.
  • Prime Sherok: 500–750; peak Titanite.
  • First-Flames (Incarnated): 400–900 depending on vessel stability.
  • First-Flames (Spirit Form): Not stattable.
  • True Divine: ∞; stats do not apply.

Design Note

The scale is logarithmic. A stat of 400 is not “four times” a human 100 — it is a fundamentally different order of magnitude. Crossing 600 places a being into Titanite-tier. Crossing 900 approaches the mortal limit.
