Maira Kûlaron Tetorak

Míra Kûlaron Tetorak was the Princess and later Queen of the Valorèin Empire. As Princess she was under the Protection of her royal protector and bodyguard, Merek Tetorak whom she loved dearly. She was extremely shy and spent years trying to seduce Merek. She desperately desired to perform The Ûlèum as was the customary method of creating Lifemates in Elder Valorîin society. She had her parents blessing as was a cultural requirement of the two to become mates. Merek proved to be extremely deaf to her desires, and slept on the floor at the end of her bed. Míra eventually made him a soft rug. No matter how often she invited him to sleep with her, he refused. One day when Merek was sparing in the Yard he greatly injured his back. She took advantage of this and once again invited him to sleep with her. He accepted her offer not wishing to sleep on the floor with his injured back. She was quick to make her desires known and they performed The Ûlèum, binding them for eternity.
