Gozog'nok is the black prison plane of Lethurèa, a divine construct of isolation, silence, and eternal separation from It'slâmwâ, Lethurèa created it by the will of Meera and Merrik. It was formed adjacent to the mortal realm of Yedistren as the final destination for the most heinous transgressors of Divine Law—a prison not of torture, but of abandonment, darkness, and loss.
Overview
Gozog'nok is not a realm of active punishment but one of complete severance. It is a metaphysical prison where souls are cast not to be destroyed, but to be contained, as nothing in the Divine Order may be unmade. The light of its entrance, sometimes visible as a distant glimmer or Black Hole (Lethurèa), is the last spark of the joy and connection the condemned will ever see.
Created originally to imprison the godlike traitor Malis, it has since become home to many fallen beings, from corrupted immortals to mortals who have committed atrocities against divine will and spiritkind.
Origin
Gozog'nok was formed by Lethurèa itself at the command of the Divine Parents following the betrayal of Elidrèel, who took the name Malis after seeking power from the forbidden Book of Evil. It was designed as a cage for his infinite malice and the corrupted force of the Malisik who followed him.
Since then, it has also become the holding ground for:
- The Sebuuk who violated Universal Law (Lethurèa) of Life and Death
- Malismorâ, the corrupted Sherok general
- Countless transgressors from the Det'sikar and mortal worlds
Experiential Nature
Unlike Kôl'nok, which still radiates the distant light of redemption, Gozog'nok is cloaked in absolute darkness and silence. There is no divine presence, no guidance, no voices. The torment comes not from divine wrath, but from:
- The isolation from spiritkind
- The hatred of others imprisoned there
- The torments of Malis, the Malisik, and the enraged Sebuuk, who lash out at others for their own failures
It is not Hell—it is the grave of the soul's connection.
