Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Got a question about contributing to the Continuum Universes? We probably answered it here.

❓Do I lose ownership of my character if I submit it?

No. You still own your content. You're simply licensing it under CC BY-SA and giving Jensen Saga Studio permission to use it.

❓Can you use my idea in a game or book?

Yes — that's part of the agreement. By contributing, you're giving us permission to use your submission in commercial works, without royalty or compensation unless arranged separately.

❓Will I get credit?

Usually, yes! If we use your character or idea in an official product, we may include:

  • Your name in the credits
  • A shoutout on the wiki or social media
  • A free copy of the product
  • Some branded merch!

(These are not guaranteed, but are offered in good faith.)

❓Can I post my own work elsewhere too?

Yes! Content licensed under CC BY-SA allows you to repost your own work anywhere — blog, art site, social media — just mention that it’s under the same license.

❓What if I change my mind later?

Content licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 is irrevocable once published.

❓Can I request a private agreement or NDA?

Yes, if you're submitting something special or want to propose a deeper collaboration, email us at: Christian Daniel Jensen
