Licensing Policy

This page explains the legal terms that apply to all content on the Continuum Universes Wiki.

Overview

The Continuum Universes Wiki uses a hybrid licensing model designed to protect the intellectual property (IP) of Jensen Saga Studio while allowing fan participation and contributions.

This policy defines how content is protected, shared, and reused across the project.

1. Canon and Official Content

All original characters, lore, worlds, timelines, artwork, and stories created by Jensen Saga Studio are:

• All Rights Reserved
• Not available for reuse without express permission

Official content includes anything marked as "Canon", "Core Lore", or published through Jensen Saga Studio games, books, or other media.

2. Fan-Contributed Content

Fan contributions (characters, stories, ideas, artwork, etc.) are accepted under the terms of the:

Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 License (CC BY-SA 4.0)

By contributing to this wiki, you agree that:

• You retain authorship of your contribution.
• You license your submission under CC BY-SA 4.0.
• You grant Jensen Saga Studio a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use your content in any form, including commercial games, books, or merchandise.
• You are not entitled to payment, royalties, or legal credit unless a separate agreement is made.

3. Mixed Content

Some pages may contain both fan-contributed and official content. These will be clearly marked with a banner or note to avoid confusion.

4. Removing or Reusing Content

Contributions under CC BY-SA cannot be revoked once submitted.
