Varkest is a Celestial Element native to Lethurîa, often described as star-forged iron. It is an impossibly durable, hyper-adaptable metal with properties far beyond those of mundane metallurgy.
Physical Characteristics
- Lighter than lithium
- Ten times harder than diamond
- Impervious to stellar-core heat
- Capable of shifting between rigid, flexible, plastic, or elastic phases
- Immune to corrosion, decay, and material fatigue
Varkest can be forged or reshaped through dream-based technologies or high-tier alchemy. It retains a form of “memory,” allowing it to return to previous configurations when activated.
Location
Varkest is buried in the deepest terrestrial planetary cores of Lethurîa, intentionally hidden by the First-Flames.
Uses
- Indestructible armor
- Celestial weaponry
- High-stress architecture
- Dream-reactive machinery
