Though they are commonly bribed by City Officials and crime syndicates that make the city home.

[[The Guard (Mystifea)|The Guard]] also bully and harass workers from any area and have gained the ire of some merchant companies. With the Guard being restricted from entering their controlled docks. Which has increased tension between the various factions that control the city.
