Psionic is a general term for any power or ability that is directly influenced by ones thoughts, mind, or cognition. Generally those possessing Psionic abilities have above average intelligence. The degree of strength and even the abilities varies great. It is unique between Universes, Species, and even individual.
There are several classes of Psionics.
