During rare periods of cosmic crisis, mortals or spirits in need may be given sanctuary—most notably, the [[Sherok]] after the Elder Valorèin Rebellion, and [[Mêra Ûrlek Teslek]] and [[Merik Teslek]], who were brought to the City Ôlôbrimol to recover after great exertion of their powers.
