Hyper Advanced Races have either begun or have access to Hyper Advanced Technology or Hyper Advanced Magics.

Hyper Advanced means that they have the ability to exceed the limitations of Meta Physics. By reaching this point the users of it are able to bypass things like states of matter and manipulate things like Teleka freely without being sensitive to the energy field. They are able to make it into anything they wish from solid matter or an energetic liquid.

Hyper Advanced Races usually have found a way around the limitations of mortality.
